curious what tools actually moved the needle for you revenue-wise. a lot of people say AI tools but it usually comes down to 2-3 specific ones doing the heavy lifting.
customer service automation ROI is real but depends heavily on ticket volume. under ~200 tickets/month the setup cost barely pays for itself imo.
yeah the break-even math matters a lot here. what threshold did you find makes it worth it?
the $50k number - is that revenue or profit? because if youre paying for claude pro, chatgpt plus, midjourney, zapier etc it adds up fast and changes the real picture.
change management point is underrated. i spent weeks getting the tech right and like two days convincing my client to actually use it. that ratio should probably be flipped.
