the ROI math gets messy fast. deflection rate looks great on paper but if customers leave frustrated you're just shifting costs to churn. seen this kill the numbers on a few audits.

ok that makes sense. enterprise adoption is happening way faster than I expected

enterprise speed is real but most of it is slapping a chatbot on top of the same broken backend. the AI isnt the bottleneck, the legacy systems underneath it are.

biggest pattern i noticed: the good ones all had a clean handoff to humans. the bad ones just looped you in the same dead-end flow until you rage-quit.
