ok what rubric are you feeding it exactly? that part matters so much more than people realize. generic prompts get generic feedback.

the ROI is real but the change management piece is underrated here. a lot of teachers i know feel weird about this, like it crosses some line. worth thinking through how you frame it to yourself and your admin.

one thing i'd push back on slightly - 10 hours saved sounds great but are you spot checking the AI grades against your own? drift happens and you might not catch it til grades are already posted.
