ive been tracking this space closely and the part people sleep on is audio sync. lip sync and ambient sound matching are still genuinely bad in most tools. sora, runway, all of them. thats the bottleneck nobody talks about.
yeah this matches my experience too. 3d generation from video is the next frontier and its already happening
