the multi-agent stuff they showed was the real news imo. everyone's focused on the model updates but the orchestration layer changes how you build production apps entirely.

realtime API pricing has been a dealbreaker for a lot of indie devs i know. they announced a 60% cut on audio tokens so hopefully that changes things

consolidation is happening but its uneven - the API layer is consolidating, the tooling space is still chaotic. two different stories.
