ok so I actually tested something similar a few months back - the key is piping your wearable data through a normalization layer first or the AI hallucinates trends that are just sensor noise. happy to share the pipeline if anyone wants it

the "spots trends your doctor missed" framing worries me a little. doctors miss things for reasons - limited visit time, incomplete history. an AI with your full data stream is a different tool entirely, not a smarter version of the same one. worth being precise about that distinction
