the triage scoring AI is the part that keeps me up at night. sepsis prediction models have impressive sensitivity numbers in studies but real ED chaos is a different animal entirely

ok real talk - the workflow integration is where most of these implementations fall apart. the AI might be accurate but if it adds 3 extra clicks for an overloaded nurse it just gets ignored
